Founded in 2013, Scipio Ventures is a privately held real estate investment firm dedicated to driving innovation and creating value in the built environment. We empower real asset projects within the built environment ranging from critical infrastructure, to housing, to traditional commercial real estate verticals. We have deep experience successfully executing through a range of operating structures, having created de-novo operating platforms to traditional joint-venture partnerships.
